Uganda Police have confirmed the arrest of the Nigerian artist Omah Lay following his performance at Speke Resort Munyonyo with a fellow Nigerian artist Tems.
Omah Lay was arrested by Katwe Police after organizing a successful concert that was against the regulations set by the President of Uganda and Ministry of Health to combat the spread of COVID-19.
