Position: Administrative & Accounts Assistant
Reports to: Finance and Administration Officer
Location: | Uganda Country Office

Overall Job Purpose
Performs a variety of critical tasks to deliver administrative, logistics, travel, procurement, human resources and bookkeeping services, including preparation and maintenance of accurate and updated records management system to support delivery of effective and efficient front office operations

Key Requirements
• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
• Professional training in Computer training in accounting software and MS Word, Excel, etc.
• Part-qualified accountant from recognized accountancy body CPA/ACCA I
• At least 3 years of finance and administration experience gained from a non-profit organization.
